| I appeared on the BNN show Squeezeplay on January 21,
2008. Here is the link to the show: http://www.bnn.ca/articles/rob.tv/319/squeezeplay.html This was a debate with David Baker, the lawyer who represented the disabled complainants at the Canadian Transportation Agency in connection with the decision discussed in my National Post article "Robbing (able-bodied) Petra to pay (disabled) Paula." Click the button that says, "Complete recent episodes". A new window will open and there will be a reddish-brown panel on the right listing the recent shows. Scroll down to the show from 01-21-08 and click "play". My segment starts at about 25 minutes into the show. |
| On November 30, 2007 I
spoke at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law conference on
Judicial Independence. Here is the link to the video presentation: http://mediacast.ic.utoronto.ca/20071130-JUDIND-2/index.htm Note: This webcast seems to work best on Microsoft Explorer. I couldn't get it to run at all using Firefox. My segment starts at about 50 minutes into the program. |
| Since October, 2007, I have been
writing a fortnightly column in the National Post. Here's
the list of columns in chronological order. |
| I spoke on the
subject of Canada's so-called "human rights" laws at the inaugural
conference of the Canadian Constitution Foundation in Toronto from
October 12-14, 2007. The conference was called The Future of
Freedom: Law and Liberty in Canadian Jurisprudence. Right-click here to open
the conference information site in a new window. My speech will
be posted soon. |
| I spoke at the
Liberty Summer Seminar in Orono, Ontario on August 18, 2007. My topic was: "Canada's Human Rights Laws--Ugh!" Here is a blurry video presentation. For info about this annual event, go to the Institute for Liberal Studies website. |
